HR leaders or organizations as a whole who meets our judging criteria. This includes Betterworks customers and non-Betterworks customers. We will select 2-3 finalists per category, with one winner in each category unless exceptions are noted.

Nominees are evaluated on their ability to drive impactful change in HR practices that benefit organizations as a whole, with a focus on three core areas:

1. Functionality: Nominees must showcase effective strategies or initiatives that improve HR functionality and processes. This could include the adoption of innovative tools, development of effective feedback systems, or implementation of programs that enhance employee and organizational performance.
2. Integration: Successful integration of people and performance programs is essential. Nominees should demonstrate how they’ve aligned their initiatives with broader organizational goals or combined various systems and tools to create seamless workflows and a cohesive HR strategy.
3. Performance: Impact is key—nominations should highlight measurable outcomes that reflect success, such as improvements in employee engagement, retention, team performance, or productivity. Quantifiable metrics and real-world examples are highly encouraged to demonstrate the effectiveness of the nominee’s efforts.

Customer submissions should detail how Betterworks has been utilized to achieve the above results, showcasing the platform’s role in driving transformational outcomes. Non-customer submissions should demonstrate innovation, excellence, and measurable impact in HR and people strategies, even without the use of Betterworks tools.

• One Submission Per Award: If nominating for multiple awards, you’ll need to fill out separate forms.
• The More Info, The Better: Share any media like presentations, images, or videos that showcase your nominee’s impact.
• Social Media Visibility: Provide social media handles so we can celebrate your nominee across our social media platforms.

Video Interviews: We’re excited to bring the stories of our Make Work Better Award winners to life. To encourage nominators and/or winners to participate in a 10-minute video interview, all who participate will receive a $500 Amazon gift card as a token of appreciation for your time.

All submissions are due by 11:59pm PST on February 20th.

Finalists will be announced on Betterworks LinkedIn on February 27th at 12 p.m. PST, with the winners being informed by email on March 4th. Winners will also be honored during EmpowerHR Americas on March 20th.
